For most of us our life contains ups and downs, problems and dilemmas that can be hard to handle on your own. These challenges can be related to the way we mentally handle difficult situations or our relations to other people as family and partner, friends, colleges, superiors and others.
Many people and their relatives are fighting with addiction to alcohol, cigarettes and other substances and ways of acting. In most cases, it is hard to liberate yourself from these dependencies without help.
We have adopted a lot of unsuitable patterns in earlier phases of our life, but my therapy focuses - first of al – on the present and the future. We cannot change the past anyway.
Combining techniques from NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) TFT (Thought Field Therapy) you can learn to feel and act in more adequate ways and you can achieve a better relation to yourself and to your surroundings.
